What Makes a Good MDR
- Specific — "We ran out of fettuccine at 7:30 and had to 86 three dishes" not "pasta issues"
- Honest — Don't bury problems. Anthony can't fix what he doesn't know about.
- Concise — Clear sentences. Get to the point.
- Complete — Every section filled. Write "None" if there's truly nothing to report — don't leave it blank.
A slow night is still a report. "Nothing happened" has information in it too.
